Happy Fall, y'all! The cooler days are here, and that brings all the cozy home scents, festive DIYs and oh those wellness needs. From supplements to OTC items to oils for candle-inspired diffuser blends, here are all the things I have stocked up on for a season of wellness & festivity! One of my personal favs that is not on this list is Cardamom - an oil that is delicious for flavoring AND supports a healthy digestive system and gastrointestinal function.

Bring back the magic with Peppermint! 🌱 It is truly magical for sore, achy muscles and joints after a hard work-out, a hard day's work, long study sessions or sitting at a computer all day. Even horrible head tension. Peppermint can do you a solid with all of these.🙌

Apply a drop of Peppermint to your neck and wrists or your feet for soothing comfort. Peppermint has an icy hot sensation when applied undiluted. If you aren't fond of that feeling, simply dilute with a carrier oil. Pro Top: combine a drop of PanAway for some extra magic!

Cedarwood essential oil was one of the first oils I ordered...and oh Lordy I did NOT like it at ALL! Fast forward a couple of years and now I adore it. Cedarwood feels like a walk through a beautiful forest - warm, welcoming and calming to the senses. This oil is great for everything from focus to skincare to sleep. It is one I use daily and always have on hand.

If you, a loved one or a close friend are going through treatment for SCLC lung cancer, listen up.

Etoposide is used in combination with other medications to treat a certain type of lung cancer (small cell lung cancer; SCLC). Etoposide is in a class of medications known as podophyllotoxin derivatives. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells in your body. This medication is classified as a "plant alkaloid" and "topoisomerase II inhibitor."

Etoposide can cause significant toxicity to healthy tissues and organs, particularly the liver, when used therapeutically. A preclinical model evaluated the protective effects of rosemary CT alpha-pinene essential oil against etoposide toxicity. Etoposide damaged the liver (elevated liver enzymes) and te**is of male subjects, which was diminished by ingestion of rosemary essential oil. Additionally, rosemary essential oil improved lipid profile (decreased total cholesterol and triglycerides and raised HDL cholesterol) and increased testosterone levels. This research suggests that ingestion of rosemary oil may alleviate some of the toxic effects and damage caused by etoposide.
