The countdown is on until PLANKS-giving! 🦃
We’re celebrating by sharing some of our favorite core exercises to help you build strength and stability.
Today’s move: The Dead Bug! 💪
It’s a great way to train your core without stressing your back.
If you can't do it without your back arching, it's time for a visit!

Core engaged, ribs down, and don’t let your back arch — slow and steady wins this one!

Erik and Stephanie were able to pinpoint his problem and address it — and he felt better the very next day. 🙌

🩺 Medical diagnoses can sound SCARY! 😱
But don’t worry — here’s a quick translation guide to help make sense of what they really mean:

Diagnosis → What it really means
💥 Arthritis → Your joints are a little irritated, but they still love to move!
⚡ Tendinitis → Your tendon is overworked — it needs a little TLC, not total rest.
🦴 Degenerative Disc Disease → A fancy term for normal spine changes that come with age (and can absolutely be managed!).
🚶 Bursitis → A small cushion in your joint is inflamed — movement done right can calm it down.
💫 Sciatica → A nerve in your back is cranky — we can help it chill out.

The truth? Most of these conditions respond really well to physical therapy — especially when you get one-on-one care designed just for you.

👉 PS: We treat ALL of these diagnoses!
Let us help you move better, feel stronger, and Reach New Heights. 🌄

🌟 Patient Win of the Week! 🌟

This week, one of our patients came in with a lot of questions and a few concerns about their program. Instead of just pushing through, our team took the time to explain the how and why behind each exercise and really listen to what they were feeling.

Together, we made small adjustments that gave the patient more confidence and clarity. The result? Better progress and a renewed sense of motivation! 💪

Wins like this remind us that open communication and teamwork are just as important as the exercises themselves. 🙌
