HOT POWER Yoga A blend of balance, core strengthening and flexibility, this class combines the meditative and detoxifying qualities of hot yoga, with the intensity of power yoga to help you deepen your yoga practice. Set to motivating music, you’ll focus on yoga postures that open your shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core, and every other major muscle group! What to Bring: Water, a towel and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes that wick away moisture. 100-105 degrees with added humidity HOT YOGA Sculpt When muscle meets yoga, HOT YOGA Sculpt is born! Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you flow to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights, hot power yoga sequencing, and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. SUPER FUN AND INTENSE! What to Bring: Water, a towel and a yoga mat Wear fitted workout clothes that wick away moisture 92-95 degrees with no added humidity Weights will be provided
YOGI BODY BLAST When HOT POWER Yoga meets HOT YOGA Sculpt...YOGI BODY BLAST is born! This class combines both classes into a 75 INTENSE workout. You’ll work on muscle confusion with weights, cardio bursts, yoga poses and inversions, and much more! This is not a beginner level class. We suggest you take both other classes prior to trying this more advanced level class. What to Bring: Water, a towel and a yoga mat Wear fitted workout clothes that wick away moisture 90 degrees with no added humidity Weights will be provided
