Why are so many people only willing to support local forms when there is a shortage or pricing crisis? Local farms are here day In and day out regardless of what the grocery store charges for Meat or if there are Covid supply chain issues. Farms need you to buy from them consistently. Only buying when there's a crisis pushes the customers out that support the farms every day. Consistency helps farmers not emergency panic buying.

Support your local farmers. Look Local before the grocery store. Replacing even a small part of your grocery budget Locally and consistently keeps the money in your community.
