Sometimes you need whey for other fermentation projects or to use in the WAPF homemade baby formula. If you've never understood how to do this, or even heard of whey before, then it can be daunting. This is a simple tutorial video showing how to make it yourself from store-bought yogurt. Here are some top quality brands of yogurt that are traditionally fermented:
White Mountain (24-hour yogurt)
Trimona (30-hour yogurt)
St. Benoit Creamery (24-hour yogurt)

How to separate whey from yogurt purchased from the store. Homemade yogurt or kefir can be substituted using the same process.

Great news!! The has updated their website concerning the vaccine and autism link! Despite what you may hear from or any other mainstream “news” there has NEVER been a long term study comparing a vaccine with a completely inert placebo. The studies have only been done against adjuvants or against other vaccines. Obviously those results are not acceptable ways to test an individual vaccine’s entire contents’ safety.

GMO labeling win!

Finally, after over a decade of many organizations fighting for GMO labeling, the US Court of Appeals tells the USDA

1. Yes, GMO seed oils ( in 75% of American food) are GMO and must be labeled.
2. No, you can’t hide that fact behind QR codes

This is a major win for food advocates everywhere. We are so grateful to the Center for Food Safety for maintaining the legal fight and securing the win!!!
