The big day has finally arrived! Our new name and logo are ready to go, and we’re now officially Pediatric Associates.

We’re excited to share in the history, and to help shape the future, of Pediatric Associates – a practice that’s been taking of children and families in Florida for 50 years.

One BIG benefit to you: if you’re across town – or across the state! – and your child needs care, you can go to ANY Pediatric Associates office. Any time. Before the holiday season shifts into high gear, we wanted to share a little preview of something exciting we have planned for the new year…

We joined Pediatric Associates a few years ago because of their incredible history of providing top-quality, loving care to families all across Florida. Next year, as we celebrate the practice’s 50th anniversary, we’ll be honored to share a name and a logo that have meant so much to so many children and parents in our state.

Everything else you know and love about our practice will stay the same, including the clinicians and staff members who know and care for your family every day.

October 29th is . Psoriasis is quite common in children. According to the National Psoriasis Foundation (NPF), each year an estimated 20,000 children under age 10 years are diagnosed in the United States.

Most people experience their first psoriasis episode between ages 15 and 35 years old, but it can develop in children much younger and in adults much older. According to the NPF, around one-third of adults with psoriasis say their symptoms began when they were under 20 years old.

For some children, psoriasis symptoms may become less severe and less frequent as they grow older. Others may continue to deal with the condition throughout their lives.
