Originally from Australia, the Bowen Technique is a unique hands-on therapy that is non-invasive and gentle to receive, therefore suitable for people of all ages from newborn to the elderly, and is an effective treatment for all types of conditions. Three to five sessions are usually enough to bring about substantial changes, with more treatments sometimes being necessary for more difficult issues.
