Shift Head ladies! Most females around in group classes are averaging 15-20lbs to lift for there squats and deadlifts when they are capable of more. That is their limiting belief of what will get them “toned” and there fear to lift more and becoming bulky. Talk some shift in the comment box of what weights you’re squatting and deadlifting with, and how “toned” you’re getting and not “bulky”.
