✨🎄 Holiday cheer is in the air at Alton Memorial Rehabilitation and Therapy! 🎄✨

Our wonderful residents spent the day crafting beautiful Christmas ornaments, filling the room with laughter, creativity, and festive spirit. Starting with a white battery operated tea light candle, they added glittery/colorful baubles, each ornament is a little piece of joy made with love 💖.

It was more than just arts and crafts—it was a celebration of togetherness, holiday magic, and the joy of creating memories that sparkle as bright as the ornaments themselves.

🐾❄️ Peanut the Pup brought extra warmth to Alton Memorial Rehabilitation and Therapy last week! He stopped by to visit his friends, and since it was chilly outside, he showed up in style with his cozy winter hat. 🧢🐶

🤠🐶 Peanut the Pup Rides Into Alton Memorial Rehabilitation and Therapy! 🐶🤠

Peanut the Pup — also known as Dr. Peanut — stopped by this past Friday to say hello to everyone! This 11-lb King Charles Cavalier Spaniel made his rounds room to room, spreading smiles and plenty of tail wags. 💛

Dressed in his best Wild West cowboy attire, Peanut brought a little frontier fun to our day, and our residents absolutely loved it! 🌵🤎

Our residents had an absolutely wonderful time getting creative last week! They decorated lotion bottles with bright colors, fun designs, and plenty of smiles. ❤️🧴

Craft activities like these bring so much joy, laughter, and togetherness to our community — and we love seeing our residents shine! We even had a CNA help out while on her break!
