Just a friendly reminder to unclinch your jaw, relax your forehead, lower your shoulders down away from your ears, sit/stand up straight, and take a deep breath inhaling through your nose expanding your belly. Hold it for 4 seconds and then release it through your mouth. Say out loud "I'm going to be ok." because you ARE going to be ok. Allow your body to release your stress. Don't let 5 bad minutes ruin the other 1435 minutes of the day... breathe, look for the good. Happy Friday, and much love.
