If you are looking to try something new this year come give our Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release class a try and enjoy this opportunity to nourish your body from the inside out! In this class, we will spend more time in postures. This allows us to release holding patterns in our fascia and connective tissues. We will use props including: MFR balls, blocks, and self massage to gently manipulate the soft tissue of the muscle and fascia. This gentle compression hydrates the tissues, increases flexibility, and speeds up recovery. 🧘
