Yep. Like, a lot. The way you breathe impacts the length tension relationship of the pelvic floor muscles, as well as the intra-abdominal pressure. When you breathe shallow and high up into your chest, your pelvic floor never gets the rhythm it needs.
👉 Start by placing one hand on your chest, one on your belly, and notice where the movement is. Awareness is the first step!
