We are HIRING! We are seeking a highly motivated, service-oriented individual to join our team as Front Desk Coordinator!
Our Front Desk Coordinator is the first person to welcome new and existing patients to our clinic. Providing an outstanding patient experience at each visit is the main responsibility of the Front Desk Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will possess these qualities:

• Excellent communicator
• Love for babies, children, and patients of all ages and abilities
• Fulfill responsibilities and tasks on their own
• Live a healthy lifestyle
Responsibilities:
• Build patient relationships
• Front desk operations (Checking patients in and out, scheduling, collecting payment, answering phones)
• Keeping rooms/tables/office clean
• An upbeat attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Necessary skills:
• Basic computer and typing skills, including Microsoft Office
• Alphabetize and do basic math
• Ability to learn new things quickly, including other computer software
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Timeliness-show up on time and ready to serve every day
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Available for occasional travel training opportunities
This is a full-time position. Typical hours are listed below. Occasional flexibility for night and weekend events will be expected.
Monday 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Tuesday 10:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Wednesday 6:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Thursday 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Starting pay dependent on performance, experience, and expertise. Bonuses will be provided to the candidate who measurably shows results and increased value to the company.
