Even if we’re fashionably late posting these, the love behind them is timeless 💌✨

Our residents were absolutely delighted to receive the sweetest handmade cards from Mrs. O’Donnell’s 3rd grade class at Penn Cambria. Every crayon swirl, glitter sprinkle, and carefully written word brought smiles that lasted all day long.

There’s something extra special about the connection between generations. Little hands making big hearts happy. 💛

Sweet treats and even sweeter moments at Hilltop! 🍓🍫

Our residents had a delicious time making chocolate covered strawberries, and the smiles were just as rich as the chocolate!

Hilltop also felt the love from our amazing community this Valentine’s Day. These beautiful Valentine’s balloons were generously donated by the caring customers of the 25th Avenue Family Dollar Store.

A very special thank you to the wonderful employees — Victoria, Ricco, and December (who was unable to be in the picture) — for helping make this heartfelt donation possible.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to our Hilltop residents. Their faces truly lit up with joy as they saw and felt all the love shared through these thoughtful Valentine’s balloons. ❤️

Progress like this deserves a spotlight 🌟

David’s journey at Hilltop is a powerful reminder of what can happen when determination meets the right support. Through hard work, consistency, and a whole lot of heart, he pushed past limitations and made incredible strides toward independence.

Seeing residents regain confidence, mobility, and the ability to return home is why our team shows up every day. We’re beyond proud to have been part of David’s story and wish him continued success as he begins this next chapter.

Hilltop found the perfect way to stay warm: Pizza Party time! 🍕😋 Residents enjoyed delicious, hot slices of pizza while sharing laughs and great moments with friends and even some family members. Nothing brings people together quite like good food and good company!

A huge shout-out to PJ from 365 Hospice for making this amazing pizza party possible. Everyone was truly warmed by his generosity ❤️ Special thanks as well to Patti, Tony, and Jayla, who were there to make sure everyone had a wonderful time!
