An afternoon filled with color, creativity, and a little extra meaning 💙✨

Our Hilltop residents had such a wonderful time painting beautiful stained glass cross pictures, each one as unique as the hands that created it. It was the perfect blend of art, reflection, and joy shared together.

The scent of fresh chocolate chip cookies filled the halls at Hilltop this afternoon… and let’s just say, smiles were baked right in 🍪💛

Our residents spent the day mixing, scooping, and sneaking a taste or two (for quality control, of course 😉). It’s the simple moments like these- warm ovens, shared laughter, and a little bit of sugar- that turn an ordinary day into something sweet.

Because at Hilltop, it’s never just about care… it’s about creating memories you can taste. ✨

Hilltop was feelin’ a wee bit magical this St. Patrick’s Day! ✨🍀

We turned the day into a proper Irish celebration with music, laughter, and just a touch of mischief ☘️🎶 DJ Skiddy had the whole place hoppin’ like a jig in full swing, and just when we thought it couldn’t get any more festive… a real-life leprechaun made a surprise visit! 🌈👀

There were smiles as bright as pots of gold, laughter echoing down the halls, and enough Irish cheer to last us ‘til next year 💚

We’re so lucky to celebrate moments like these with our incredible residents and staff. Everyone had the luck o’ the Irish on their side ☘️✨

Happy HR Week, Amber! 💙

Today we’re celebrating Amber Rickens, who wears many hats here at Hilltop! Amber will be celebrating 4 years with Hilltop this May, and her journey started right on the floor as a CNA.

These days, Amber does it all. She serves as our HR and Scheduler, Transportation Coordinator, Staff Appreciation planner, and organizer for all fundraisers. On top of that, she still steps in to help on the floor as a CNA when needed. Talk about dedication! 👏

Amber’s favorite part of her job is caring for our residents, assisting families with their needs, planning staff appreciation events, and being part of such a fantastic management team.

Outside of work, Amber is a proud mom of two daughters and loves traveling to all of their sporting events. She enjoys spending time with her family, trips to the beach, relaxing on her porch swing on warm summer days, and her favorite downtime activity… a good afternoon nap! ☀️🌊

Thank you, Amber, for everything you do for our residents, families, and staff. Hilltop is lucky to have you! 💙

This Administrator Week, we’re proud to celebrate Melissa Andolina, the incredible administrator at Hilltop Healthcare. 🎉

With over 20 years of experience in long-term care and 5 years at Hilltop, Melissa brings dedication, compassion, and heart to our community every single day. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service, making residents happy, and ensuring their needs are always met.

Melissa also loves sharing her faith and bringing people closer to Jesus, and that spirit of care and kindness shines throughout our facility.

Outside of Hilltop, she enjoys hiking, decorating, and spending quality time with her family. 🌿

Even if we’re fashionably late posting these, the love behind them is timeless 💌✨

Our residents were absolutely delighted to receive the sweetest handmade cards from Mrs. O’Donnell’s 3rd grade class at Penn Cambria. Every crayon swirl, glitter sprinkle, and carefully written word brought smiles that lasted all day long.

There’s something extra special about the connection between generations. Little hands making big hearts happy. 💛
