Parkinson’s disease affects nearly 1 million people in the United States, with approximately 90,000 new diagnoses each year. No one should have to navigate that journey alone.
That’s why we’re grateful for organizations like the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA). Each year, APDA helps hundreds of thousands of people impacted by Parkinson’s through education, support services, research funding, and local community programs. Their nationwide network provides critical resources to patients, families, and caregivers — offering hope and practical help every step of the way.
If you or someone you love is living with Parkinson’s, we invite you to join us at Prairie Vista Village for our next support group meeting. Together, we share experiences, encouragement, and valuable information — because community makes a difference.
For more information about upcoming meetings, please reach out to us directly. We’d love to welcome you. 💙
