Today I got to go watch wrestle. He was able to secure his 100th win! To put it in perspective, I have 0 wins in my wrestling career. That is 100% more than me.

Dan battled back from ACL and meniscus surgery last year. The guy works.

I married into a family of golfers… and wow, are they into golf. ⛳️
Nice weather? Golf.
Bad weather? Golf.
Snow on the ground? Still talking about golf.

Golfers are alike in a lot of ways — especially when it comes to the demands on the body.

A golf swing produces forces 3–6× your body weight.
So how do you prepare for that?

Put down the rubber bands.
Pick up dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells.

No — I don’t expect you to load 600–1,200 lbs on a bar.
That’s not realistic.

Progressive overload means:
• Jumps (plyometrics)
• Long-duration holds near (or at) failure
• Training that actually prepares your body to swing fast and often

Sounds confusing?
Good news — we’re really good at it.

Happy New Year 🎇

2025 was a big year for HPT.
We added Brittany and Sheri to an already incredible team, helped hundreds of patients get back to living their lives, invested in continued education, upgraded the clinic, and strengthened the relationships that make this place special—especially our own.

Grateful for the growth.
Excited for what’s coming.

I was talking with Brittany today and it hit us both.
We came from high-volume clinics seeing 25–30 patients a day. Never even flinched.

The last two days?
We saw 10 patients a day because of the shortened week…
and we’re exhausted.

Why?

Because every single visit gets 100% of us.

It’s Christmas week, and we’re burning the midnight oil to make sure all of our patients are taken care of.

Office Hours:
• Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday (Christmas Eve): 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Friday, December 26: Normal hours

Zach will be out of town over New Year’s for Christmas in Buffalo and a wedding, but Brent and Brittany will be available and will do their absolute best to get everyone seen.

Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. We’re committed to making sure every patient is taken care of.
