Not the most conventional way to drink water 🤷‍♀️ but whatever works, right?

Water and hydration are essential! They impact our health and wellness. Drinking water can be a pretty simple part of self-care! Why is Water essential?

Recovery becomes easier when we start to break the stigma that surrounds it. Local to the Blair County area, we want to highlight this organization. and where we came across these cards!

Walking into a business and feeling welcomed, heard, and seen is not only a good feeling, it also feels safe. It feels like a doorway to recovery can be open. Knowing that you're in a judgement free zone, knowing that others have been through those same doors, it allows is to start a conversation.

Families United for Change is a safe place for families going through substance use within the family unit and provides resources that can be utilized for support. The goal is to educate the public and reduce stigma! You can visit the site here:
