Our 96 bed center offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today's ever-changing health care environment. Oakwood Health Services has been serving Eau Claire, Chippewa and Dunn Counties since 1983. We are nestled in a beautiful wooded setting, adjacent to Oak Gardens Assisted Living Center, and within six miles of Sacred Heart and Luther Hospitals. Oakwood Villa is situated on the Eau Claire city bus line, near several churches and shopping centers.

We couldn’t be more proud of our very own "Employee of the Month" Carter, who just passed his NCLEX and is officially a RN! 👏🩺

To celebrate, we surprised him with the most "punny" cake we could find …“It’s no small feat!” (complete tiny little feet 🦶😄). Because honestly, becoming a nurse is a huge accomplishment, and Carter has earned every bit of this moment.

Watching his growth has been incredible. He’s become such a strong, compassionate, and dedicated nurse, and we’re so excited to continue supporting him as he grows even more with us.

💛 Sweet Moments Like These Make Our Day 💛

Today we had the joy of helping coordinate a small coffee “clutch” for a couple of our residents - right in their room, just as they requested. They spent the morning enjoying warm coffee, delicious banana bread, and even sweeter company. 🍌🍞☕

It was such a simple moment, but so full of joy. Watching them laugh, chat, and savor their time together reminded us why we love what we do. 🥰

Even though Punxsutawney Phil has officially declared six more weeks of winter (sigh… 😅❄️), we still found a fun way to brighten the day!

To celebrate this quirky “holiday,” our team received miniature groundhogs as a cute little thank you and a reminder that a bit of joy goes a long way - even in February.

🎉 A Very Special Graduation Day! 🎉

On Friday, we celebrated an extra meaningful moment - one of our wonderful residents graduated from therapies and is heading back home! 💛

He and his family surprised our team with a beautiful cake and a heartfelt card, thanking the staff for all of their hard work, dedication, and support throughout his stay.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. We are so proud of his progress and honored to have been part of his journey.

Please join us in wishing our amazing Business Office Assistant, Alena, all the best as she begins an exciting new chapter in the Milwaukee area!

Over the past two years, she has been a steady, positive, and hardworking presence through many changes. Her dedication, kindness, and willingness to jump in wherever needed have made such a meaningful impact on our team and the people we serve.
