💜🦋 We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Alyssa for the beautiful donation of Grandma’s Butterfly Boxes in memory of her grandmother, Kathy Marie Holmberg.

These special boxes were inspired by a simple act of kindness that brightened Kathy’s day during her fight with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). When Kathy received a care package from a stranger, it meant the world to her—and sparked the idea for Alyssa to “pay it forward” so that nobody has to fight alone.

The butterfly holds deep meaning for their family. Years before her diagnosis, Kathy shared that she wanted to be remembered by the sound of a bell and the presence of butterflies. From then on, the butterfly became a treasured symbol in their gifts and conversations.

We are so grateful to receive these boxes, filled with comfort, love, and hope, and we will proudly share them with those who need a little light in their journey. 🦋💜
