We dropped our UPMC plan this year at our office for our employees….🤷♂️
We all decided there was absolutely no benefit to paying over 1000K per month/per employee! (That was our rate increase this year!)
✅Show me another utility that you have to pay for monthly then when you go to use it. You then have to PAY AGAIN and you don’t even know the damn price!
We were done with UPMC health insurance and essentially they are all awful! I am not calling out one over the other.
So…. we got a health share at the office and it covers all of the “big stuff” and we can use DPC (direct primary care) for all the “other stuff”…
