That moment when you stand up and your back, neck, or knees make a sound you did not approve ofβ¦ π
Snap... Pop...
While occasional joint noise can be normal, stiffness, tightness, and discomfort are often signs your body is compensating for daily strain.
Feeling uncomfortable shouldnβt just become part of the routine.
Stretching helps with built-up tension, stiffness, range of motion, along with MANY other things.
Rule of Thumb:
~ Ease into stretches.
~ Focus on deep breathing.
~ Try to be consistent.
DO NOT FORCE the stretching to the point of pain..
