...Five years ago today, I walked through the doors of Trillium Spinal Care for what I thought would just be a new job. I didn't realize how much this place and the people in it would turn into something I truly love being apart of.
The bonds you form here are something special. Patients don't just come in for care, they share their stories, milestones, and sometimes their sass (which I fully appreciate). I like to think I return the favor with laughter, because healing works better when you can smile through it.
And of course, I would like to give a big shout out to my boss, Kalan. We have managed to build a mix of trust, teamwork, and humor that makes even the busiest days better. Even though our paths only cross once a week (due to me working from home), the support and always making sure we are on the same page helps me feel connected even from afar. A warm salute to Kalan's beautiful wife, Jordan who has played a big and meaningful part of my journey here at Trillium. Last, but certainly not least is our Princess and my right hand pup, Lola. This dog has definitely won my heart no matter the shenanigans she has accomplished, tries to accomplish or already has accomplished.
To the patients- your trust and progress have made all the blood, sweat, and tears completely worth it. I am beyond grateful. Here is to more health and continuing to see Trillium grow, one adjustment at a time.
