Today, we celebrate National Hire A Veteran Day.

In November 2019, we set a goal of hiring 2,500 veterans by 2025. By early 2023, we met our goal and doubled it to 5,000 veteran hires in the same time period. We are nearly 90% towards this expanded goal.

Our staff had so much fun on Friday, participating in just a few of the Longest Day events in our communities. Our local facilities held day-long activities to bring light and awareness to those who have fought – and are still fighting – Alzheimer’s disease.

Our Bedford County team joined Colonial Courtyard at Bedford for their fundraisers while our Centre County team joined Juniper Wellsprings for theirs.

The events were a huge success, and we are grateful to have been a part of them all!
