It’s starting to come together. As a reminder, our current location will close at 12PM on 7/25 and reopen on 8/4 at our new location: 3040 Meadowlark Lane in Altoona’s beautiful River Prairie development.

We will have limited staff available via phone the week of the 28th for questions, appointments, refills, etc. If you need a refill or an appointment we recommend you call us before 7/25 or after 8/4 with those requests.

Our patients are our number one priority in this move and we appreciate all of your patience and understanding as our staff grows, gets used to their new computer system and space, and gets our clinic ready to welcome you home. ♥️♥️
