Can you be strong over 40?

Absolutely!

Many people think that we get weaker as we get older. And it’s true that we’ll all experience some physical decline as we age.

But it’s a fact that strength can be improved at any age, and older adults who train regularly can become incredibly strong and fit. With continued training, they can hold much of that strength very late in life. And stronger people generally live longer and much more fulfilled lives.

What other silly lies on social media are you following? If you think sweet potato fries are more healthy than regular fries, you also might be worried about blood sugar spikes from fruit, that potatoes have too many carbs, and beans have “toxic” compounds.

All these rules around your nutrition is why you are hamstrung on making progress. You need to ditch what goes viral on social media and instead double down on the basics you inherently KNOW already work. Of course fruits and veggies are good for you.
