Heat Retreat is proud to be part of the Second Annual Wellness Day on Saturday, February 28th from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM at the Eau Claire Golf & Country Club.

This elevated experience, hosted by Eaum Yoga + Fitness and the Eau Claire Golf & Country Club, is designed to reset your body, clear your mind, and help you reconnect. We are honored to bring our sauna experience alongside cold tubs for a powerful contrast therapy session that supports circulation, recovery, and mental clarity.

The day will also feature facials and B12 injections, cupping and acupuncture, breathwork, yoga, vision board creation, inspiring guest speakers, and a nourishing lunch prepared by the club’s private chef. It’s a thoughtfully curated morning focused on intentional self-care.

We are grateful to collaborate with such an incredible lineup of local wellness professionals and to serve the Eau Claire community in this meaningful way.
