Modoc Medical Center Expands Skilled Nursing Care with CMS Approval of Dual Facilities

Alturas, Calif. — Modoc Medical Center (MMC) announced today that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved a request to continue operations at Warnerview Skilled Nursing Facility alongside the newly constructed Mountain View Skilled Nursing Facility.

⚠️ UPDATE: (8/20 at 8:20 PM): Last Frontier's system has been restored. Thank you for your patience during this brief outage! We will resume normal operations tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM and look forward to serving you then.

8/20 at 3:00 PM: Please be advised that Last Frontier Pharmacy is currently experiencing a pharmacy system outage. This is impacting all operations, including point-of-sale systems.

We are in communication with our software provider to remedy this issue as soon as possible. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience as these circumstances extend beyond our control.

If you need an emergency prescription refill while the system is down, please call us at (530) 708-8850 so we can assist you.

Last Frontier Pharmacy is undergoing a remodel, but our staff is still available to serve you! Upon entering the pharmacy, turn right and follow the wall until you reach our temporary pick-up desk.

Last Frontier Pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We also have curbside services available for your convenience!
