Reminder...
No pilates on Monday our coaches and gymnast will be at the Taste of Altus from 6-8pm.
Whitakers Extreme Gymnastics will perform mini routines and skills. Please join us on the mat in between and after our demonstrations for some tumbling time .

Food works like daily medicine. Build meals that feed each system: fatty fish for brain health, bananas and lean meats for muscles, tomatoes and potatoes for heart support, cruciferous veg for lungs, blueberries and green tea for skin, prunes and yogurt for bowels, carrots and tomatoes for eyes, and greens, beans, and seafood for hair. Cook simply, season lightly, and hydrate well. 🥗💧

Tumbling Spotlight!!!!
Everly has been working so hard...
A year and a half ago this hard working gymnast couldn't do a back walk over, she worked hard got her back walk over, shortly after she was thowing back handsprings, then two, then three, now she is working on back tucks !!!! Her coaches at Whitakers Extreme Gymnastics are so very proud of her !!!!
