Stop trying to control or run away from the outside world. Take all of that energy and use it inside of yourself. The outside world is showing us how we relate to all parts of us on the inside. If you fight the outside world you are fighting yourself. Make peace inside of you. Make peace with anger, sadness, agitation, depression, boredom. They are not our enemies, but sacred gifts waiting for us to reclaim.
