With the temperatures expected to drop below freezing tonight, we want to send out a quick reminder on a few safety tips.

1. Bundle Up: Wear layers, including gloves, hats, and scarves, to retain body heat and prevent frostbite.

2. Protect Your Pipes: Let faucets drip, open cabinet doors, and insulate exposed pipes to prevent freezing.

3. Avoid Carbon Monoxide Risks: Never use gas stoves, grills, or generators indoors for heat. Ensure detectors are working.

4. Drive Carefully: Check tire pressure, keep an emergency kit in your car, and avoid unnecessary travel on icy roads.

5. Keep Pets Safe: Bring pets indoors and limit their time outside during extreme cold.

6. Stay Informed: Monitor local weather updates and follow warnings for your area.
