Our building features a unique star-shaped layout, with the nurse’s station at the very center. This design allows our care team to stay close, visible, and easily accessible, supporting faster response times and more personalized attention for our residents. Each “wing” of the star creates a more intimate, home-like environment while still being connected to the heart of care.
Surrounded by the quiet charm of Alvarado, our beautiful building reflects what we believe in most: safety, connection, dignity, and compassionate care—right at the center of everything we do.

We are so grateful that today our resident, Frances Ho**er, joins centenarian club! Frances was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and has made Johnson county her home for decades. She is a dedicated Seventh Day Adventist and regularly sings and witness the gospel to her fellow residents. She enjoys hymns and is always clapping and praising the Lord! She is our first resident here at Alvarado Meadows to reach 100 and we hope to have her many more years. Her family traveled from all over to celebrate her birthday on Saturday here and it was a blast! Please help us in wishing Frances a very happy 100th birthday!
