Please join us in warmly welcoming Shanika “Nikki” to The Lev at Wi******er family!

With over 21 years of healthcare experience, Shanika brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and leadership to our community. She has proudly served as an administrator for the past two years and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), further strengthening her commitment to excellence in leadership and resident care.

Originally from Chicago and now calling Katy, Texas home, Shanika leads with heart. She is a strong advocate for those she serves, always prioritizing dignity, compassion, and meaningful connections within our community.

Outside of work, Shanika is a devoted mother to her three boys and is engaged to the love of her life. She enjoys traveling and cooking, bringing that same warmth and nurturing spirit into everything she does.

We are excited for the leadership, vision, and compassion she brings to The Lev at Wi******er. 💙
