To all SCRC Officers,
Please make sure you give this information to all chapter members of the SCRC. Also, it would be nice to copy and past to your chapter pages and websites.
Some of you know that I was considering bringing in another National Officer after Sparky retired, in order to keep this level at 5 Nationals. The process of choosing is long and tedious. Over the years, I've seen many of our members who would be great to serve in a National position, as I'm sure you all have, so that's why the choosing process is hair pulling complicated.
That being said, I am proud to announce that we have a new National Events Director, Bill "Caz" Cazelot from Louisiana. Caz has been in Officer positions over the years, including State Officer and Assistant State Officer of Louisiana. He was presently serving the SCRC as the Louisiana State Officer until my announcement at the National Rally this past Saturday evening. Those who know Caz will know that he is an excellent choice to serve in such an important position. Caz's email can be obtained from our website in a couple days, so you may write and congratulate him, if you want.
Caz, it's great to know that you are accepting the position and stepping up to the plate. The SCRC takes pride in having you as a National Officer. On behalf of the National Officers and our SCRC family, thank you.
