Thankful. Grateful. Oh so Blessed.

2 years of doing what I love. Hear me when I say, I am here for it. YOU are why I do what I do! Y’all have put food on my table. Clothes on our butts! Let me be a MOM first! Allowed me to make the business of my dreams! And most of you came along while I was in college and let me practice on you and loved me through ever step of the process! You’ve seen me through the hiccups and the hard days! You’ve watched every win, every swing and every miss! You’ve allowed me to be human and you’ve loved me every step of the way.

This is the best explanation I have ever heard about your dorsal Vegas nerve. A lot of my work that I do on people especially toward the end of my session is focused in this area. So many times my clients report to me that they wished this part of the massage lasted the longest or that it’s the most important work to them! Cool facts! Remember to love yourself this weekend and focus on getting out of survival mode and living!
