The earth always provides when you need it. I’ve been experiencing some slight liver issues and it’s had me debating whether I should some milk thistle seeds/capsules. Lo and behold here they are in full bloom! I hadn’t seen any yet this year to forage, but they’re just right next door. Now we just wait for them to go to seed 😅
