Upcoming Workshop — Yoga & the Five Elements
In yoga, the five basic elements are earth, water, fire, air, and space/ether. They represent the physical and energetic qualities of the human body and of the physical world. Intentionally bringing each element into our yoga practice can help balance the body, mind, and spirit in profound ways
