With mixed emotions, we must share that our clinic will be closing permanently on December 31, 2025. This decision was not made lightly. Caring for you has been one of the greatest honors of our work.

We will continue supporting patients through the transition, including medication refills when appropriate and access to medical records. A patient letter with step-by-step instructions will be mailed soon.

Thank you for the trust, kindness, and connection you’ve shown us. We will always be grateful. 💜
