In life, the loudest battles are often within us—the constant urge to react, to chase, to explain, to force, or to seek validation. But there is a higher path, one that the Buddha often taught: the path of detachment.

Detachment doesn’t mean indifference. It means freedom. Freedom from the chains of expectation, desire, and attachment that lead to suffering.

Stop reacting to every provocation.
Stop chasing what is not meant for you.
Stop begging for attention, love, or approval.
Stop explaining yourself to those who refuse to understand.
Stop forcing situations that resist their natural flow.

When you let go, a strange and beautiful thing happens: peace arises. You begin to live for yourself, not for others’ opinions or fleeting desires. You reclaim your energy, your mind, your happiness.

As the Buddha said, “You only lose what you cling to.” True power is not in control, it is in letting go. True strength is found not in attachment, but in freedom from it.

Live lightly. Move peacefully. Love freely. And watch how life unfolds when you no longer cling, but simply be.

The divine feminine is the creative force that is within all things and all people, including the masculine. It is the nourishing, powerful, life giving energy of love, compassion, of peace and of transformation.

It is a deep well of ancient knowing, with roots that stretch back through time itself.

It is a returning to the natural world the natural cycles and to the heartbeat of this planet. It is mirrored in the ebb and flow of the earth and is an honoring of these tides.

Connection to the feminine is tapping into a deep allowing, a big yes and a surrender into the wild magic and sacred mystery of the universe.
It’s a trusting into our own natural rhythms, and our cycles.

As we embrace the divine feminine, we find an awakening to all the parts of ourselves that have remained hidden, a deeper connection to our feelings, our emotions, our pleasures, and our bodies.

The feminine is very much a guide to the deeper parts of ourselves and in connecting to her we open ourselves to the mysteries within ourselves. We open to the parts of ourselves that we had been previously taught should remain closed.

The divine feminine to me is a sacred embodiment of personal authentic truth, a bare and raw look deep within at our own deep knowing, our magic and feminine wisdom. It’s an allowing to the primal, wild raw parts of our nature and the flowing, calm and soothing energies as well.

It’s an opening to all that we are without needing to define it. It’s an allowing that each of us embodies Her in different and uniquely amazing ways and there is no one way to be the divine feminine, but an infinite amount of expressions.

When we tap into the feminine, one of her aspects is rebirth, and in this way we have deep power to move through our own transformation processes and heal our wounds. The feminine is deeply nourishing and nurturing and has the ability to transform.

The feminine force is one of connection, to ourselves and others. Its not a segregated energy but an inclusive one. It’s not about hiding its about opening and revealing. Its a deep dive into the great mystery.

There are so many expressions of the divine feminine just like the faces that the goddess wears in mythology. She can be the life and grain giving Demeter or she can be world altering fiery Kali. The feminine is both fierce protector and care giving mother. She is a double edged sword of creation and destruction.

The divine feminine isn’t about fitting into the boxes that we have been taught that women need to be, its breaking the barriers on these and really flowing to the edges of our truthful authentic expression of all that we are.

We have limitless faces, goddesses and archetypes, and yet with the patriarchal chains we’re told we can only be these certain labels. The feminine is about freedom its about embracing the unfolding and being present with what occurs organically for us in this moment.

The reemergence of the divine feminine is also a benefit to the masculine. When we tap back into the mystery of the divine feminine and bring it back to a place of reverence, this opens a place of allowing within the masculine as well to explore their own inner wisdom and ancient knowing in a much deeper way.

We each of us has masculine and feminine within, each of us in different measure and expression. The re-connection to the feminine creates a portal for the masculine to be able to connect deeper with not only his feminine expression, but the masculine as well.

The patriarchal boxes that defined the feminine for thousands of years has also tainted the masculine. In this deeper allowing, they are able to dive deeper past the boxes that were created to fit them and to explore what it means for them to embody the masculine.

It is a homecoming for both men and for women. It’s moving with the flow of a more creative and organic life, a more embodied and connected way of being. The masculine was born from the womb of the feminine so you can’t have one without the other. We’re interwoven and eternally connected, both within ourselves and externally.

The divine feminine is an opening to truth and authenticity for everyone. When the feminine is denied, its like denying life itself.

To plug back into the feminine is plugging back into the primal creative force of the universe.

The feminine returning to a place of reverence nourishes the whole planet.

DEEP WOMEN ARE OFTEN MISUNDERSTOOD

Deep women are often misunderstood because they are extraordinary. They are once in a life time kind of people. Deep women are different. And what makes deep women different is who they are; their big hearts, intelligent minds and kind Spirits.
They're depth itself. People aren’t good at understanding what’s different, they’re not great at embracing it and most importantly, they don’t know how to keep it.

Deep women are misunderstood because they are unusual. They are not like most women out there who give a s**t about what people think of them.

They are not afraid of speaking their mind; they are strong-headed, bold, brave.

Deep women are comfortable in their skin. They Love who they are and they own it.

They are self-aware of their strengths and weakness so they are always evolving to better versions of who they are. People might think they would change their essence for someone but the truth is that they are open-minded; open to change, compromise, and personal development.

They have a heart of gold. They don’t judge people and accept them for who they really are. They don’t jump into conclusions about people they’ve just met or people in their life. They believe in second and 99 chances. Deep women don’t give-up on people instead they fight for them until the end.

They see the beauty in people. They fall in Love with their flaws. And because they see the best in people, deep women are called naïve. Their eyes see beauty in what is broken, their hands feel tenderness in what’s damaged.

They feel everything. They feel pain and pleasure. They feel happiness and sadness. They feel confident and they feel insecure. They feel calm and anxious. Deep women are empathic because they feel other people’s feelings. People’s energy becomes theirs. People’s problems become of their own. And because deep women are connected to those around them in such a delicate way, they are seen as “sensitive”,” too emotional”, “too much”.

Deep women are passionate and love life. They adore kids. They are crazy about animals, food, travelling, music and the little things. Their passion for love is mistaken for desperation because they are committed. They pour their heart in everything they do. Their eyes are always glowing. Their positive attitude is often taken as being too enthusiastic or just plain fake.

They are thoughtful. They think about the little and the big things. They feed on details. They look for what is below the surface. They search for the magical side to people that they lock away. Deep women remember everything you tell them because they pay attention not because they want to have some sort of leverage on you when the opportunity presents itself.

They notice things about you that you don’t notice about yourself. They know your quirks like no one else does. They know your favorite things in the world by heart. Deep women are told they are complicated because they over-think while in fact they’re just complex.

Deep women are one of the best things that could ever happen to someone because they present to you a different level of life. A deeper one, a more meaningful one.

They help you fall back in love with who you are and reconnect to the world as a whole. They show you what really matters in life and why it does.

We need more deep women in this world who make life more than a journey; a lifetime dream worth fighting for. Deep women should be celebrated. Their depth should be praised and recognized.

At school they didn't tell you….
Of the Moon and its Phases,
Of the Earth and its Cycles,
They did not tell you about Death As Birth.
They did not speak to you about Sexuality As Sacred.
They did not talk to you about the Body As an emotional Temple.
They told you to adapt.
To fit in.
They told you to sit still in the same place.
They told you shut up And listen to their only point of view.
To study until you wink.
Taking out a leaf, Like a threat!
At school, no one ever mentioned The Power of Nature,
No one ever explained The Power of your Thoughts,
No one ever shared Your Connection with the Universe.
With this method that wants us all to be the same,
We're Wolves baptized as dogs.
I want to be able to Howl at the Moon. Without being called crazy,
I want to hug Trees Without being called wacky,
I want to Heal my Being Without being called weird!
I don't have anyone to convince.
I just want to share, pass on and give…. I offer you my humble Knowledge,
I offer you my Joy,
I offer you My Love.
Be Free and Creative.
Even if it bothers you, be YOU!

Understanding the Self Through the Lens of Energy

In the realm of human consciousness and spiritual exploration, the concept that spirit and thought are manifestations of energy provides a compelling framework for understanding the self. This notion challenges conventional ideologies that separate the mind, body, and spirit into distinct entities. Instead, it posits that every aspect of existence is interconnected, unified by the same fundamental essence: energy.

At the core of this philosophy is the knowing that spirit embodies both form and energy. The spirit, or the essence of consciousness itself, is seen as a form of energy that interweaves through every aspect of our being. This perspective dissolves the boundaries between physical and metaphysical, suggesting that nothing exists in isolation from energy. By embracing this view, one begins to perceive consciousness not as a separate entity but as an integral part of the universal energy continuum.

Recognizing spirit and thought as manifestations of energy fosters a holistic perception of the self. It illuminates the idea that our thoughts, emotions, and spiritual experiences are not independent phenomena but rather dynamic expressions of energy. This understanding encourages a deeper connection with oneself, fostering self-awareness and spiritual growth. It prompts individuals to explore their inner landscapes, cultivating a sense of unity with the world around them.

However, understanding the self through this lens requires rejecting ideologies that promote separation from energy. Many philosophical and religious traditions often create distinctions between body and soul, material and spiritual. While these frameworks have historically contributed to the evolution of human thought, they may inadvertently lead to a fragmented understanding of self. By emphasizing separation, these ideologies risk engendering a dichotomy that overlooks the intrinsic link between all aspects of existence.

A true understanding of self arises from acknowledging and embracing this interconnectedness. This approach encourages individuals to move beyond the limitations imposed by dualistic thinking, inviting them to perceive themselves as part of a larger, energetic tapestry. It challenges the notion that identity is rooted solely in the physical or material world, proposing instead that identity is an ever-evolving interplay of energy.

In practice, approaching self-understanding through the lens of energy can have profound implications. It invites individuals to engage in practices that cultivate awareness and connection, such as meditation, mindfulness, and energy healing. These practices help to dissolve perceived barriers between the self and the universe, fostering a sense of oneness and peace.

Ultimately, embracing the idea that spirit and consciousness are manifestations of energy offers a transformative path to self-discovery. It calls for a shift in perspective, urging us to see beyond the surface and recognize the deep, energetic ties that bind all forms of existence. By doing so, we move closer to a holistic understanding of self, one that is enriched by interconnectedness and aligned with the universal flow of energy.

There’s a rainbow bridge of energies that wave and flicker between ourselves and the ones we love and care for. Let us remember to be present and connect. Illness can bring us closer to the divine by contemplating our vulnerability and mortality. Buddha declared that death is the greatest teacher. This is because the remembrance of dying helps us see the fleeting and unpredictable nature of incarnation and the preciousness of our health and time in the body. A sacred relationship can form between a person who is ill and their healer. Trust is essential between them. This enables the one who is sick to have faith in their path to betterment.

The Divine Within
Realizing Our Infinite Potential

The concept of divinity has long been a central theme in human thought, often attributed to an external, omnipotent being. This perspective suggests that the qualities we associate with God, creation, omniscience, and boundless consciousness, are inherent within each of us. This understanding invites us to reconsider our stance on divinity, consciousness, and our role in the universe.

At the core of this perspective is the idea that consciousness is limitless and unbound. From the moment of conception, our consciousness perceives our beginning and end, energetically mapping out a course for our lives. This implies that we are not passive beings subjected to the whims of fate but active participants in our existence. We are creators, capable of shaping our reality through our thoughts and intentions. This aligns with the notion that all things are permeated by consciousness, suggesting a profound interconnectedness that transcends time and space.

The moment we became beings of light in the womb, we consciously created our physical forms and plotted a course for our existence. This idea resonates with the concept of the "divine within," where each individual embodies the creative and directive powers traditionally ascribed to a divine being. By this definition, we are all divine, capable of manifesting our desires and navigating our paths with purpose and authenticity.

However, this profound knowledge is often used against humanity, perpetuating the belief that we are victims in a harsh world. Those who understand this truth deliberately create obstacles and adversities to divert us from our true paths. This manipulation keeps us trapped in a cycle of materialism and unfulfillment, where even the accumulation of wealth and possessions fails to satisfy our deeper yearnings. This sense of unfulfillment stems from a disconnection from our authentic selves and our divine nature.

To reclaim our power, we must recognize that the path to fulfillment lies in embracing our true nature. This involves shedding the illusions of victimhood and materialism, and instead, aligning ourselves with our higher purpose. By doing so, we can navigate our lives with intention and clarity, transcending the obstacles that seek to derail us.

Realize this perspective encourages us to look within for the divine qualities we have long sought externally. By acknowledging our boundless consciousness and creative potential, we can break free from the constraints of a disempowering beliefs and ego driven pursuits. Embracing our divine nature allows us to live authentically, fulfilling our purpose and contributing to the collective evolution of humanity. In this way, we not only honor the divine within but also realize our infinite potential as co-creators of our reality.

You are the light and the dark, the yin and the yang, the angel and the demon, the depths and the heights. You are the path of yourself.

There is this human programming that the masses have subscribed to over countless generations, and that is: find someone else to blame or find someone else to give credit to... Instead of realizing we are here to take FULL responsibility for Ourselves, we are the ones we've been waiting for, we are here to save OURSELVES, and we do THAT, together!

There is no separation. We are the manifestations of Source expressing and experiencing itself in the form of Infinite Many-ness. We are already "That." Hence, the kingdom is WITHIN. ❤️✨

There is no one above us, no one below us. All is cut from the same fabric. There is no God outside of you. It is nonsense to worship that with you are a literal living, breathing expression of... It's a mind control program propagated to keep the masses feeling less then, keeping them disempowered and continuously beLIEving that "God" or "the power" is "out there somewhere" - It's all nonsense, tools of control.
