✨️The day after the full moon... What to expect?
Our bodies are settling down from a powerful surge of emotion, energy and fullness.
The past 14 days the moon has been growing and with that so does the energies around us.
🌛As we settle into a relaxing state of giving up the fullness of energy and entering into the waning gibbous phase, it's a sense of relief and calmness. 😊Our bodies are usually in the most relaxed state on this day. Take this time to enjoy the phenomenal peace going on in your body and the energy surrounding you as we let go and move forward towards a new beginning for the next phase.
