Office Closure & Temporary Relocation

Due to flooding in our building, our office will be closed Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

Starting Thursday, August 21, 2025, we will resume normal office hours at our temporary location:
17 Care Circle, Amarillo, TX 79124

If your child needs to be seen tomorrow, Dr. John Young will provide care.

Our office building flooded and we are unable to see any patients, tomorrow, August 20th. If your child is sick and needs to be seen please call Dr. John Young at Panhandle Peds to be seen. We will keep you posted on any updates.

UPDATE: the weather is looking worse than we thought so we will be CLOSING the office today for the safety of our patients and staff. We will open at 8:15AM on Friday morning! If you need anything please call the office and speak with our triage nurse. Thank you for your patience!

Meet Sarah Pillsbury - MSN, FNP-BC!

Sarah is an Amarillo native who received her Masters of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification from Texas Tech University. Sarah has enjoyed serving pediatric patients in the panhandle with TLC Pediatrics for over 5 years. She is married to her husband, Nathan, and they have two children. They most enjoy spending time with their family. In her spare time, Sarah also enjoys watching movies, fishing, and being outdoors. She is grateful for the faith entrusted in her to care for your children.
