August is here, and I’ve got a couple of goals I’m working on:
Use my new walking pad 3–4 times a week (because apparently, buying it doesn’t make you more active by default 🙃)
Create a better nighttime routine. I'm currently staying up way too late and wondering why I feel like a zombie in the morning. I'm hoping a better nighttime routine will help me fall asleep more easily.

I’m putting these out there to hold myself accountable, and I’d love to hear yours too!
