Sun poisoning may sound dramatic, but it’s more than just a bad sunburn. It’s an extreme reaction to excessive UV exposure and can cause symptoms such as blistering, severe redness, headache, fever, nausea, and even dehydration. 🥵 If you’ve been out in the sun and start feeling sick, it could be more than heat. Don’t ignore the signs. Stay hydrated, cool down, and seek medical attention if symptoms worsen. Prevention starts with sunscreen, shade, and smart sun habits! ☀️
