You may have already seen our newest physical therapist Greg Dedrick around the clinic, but we’d like to take a moment to officially welcome him to RehabVisions.

Greg enjoys working with patients of all ages and brings a passion for helping people stay active and independent. Outside the clinic, he’s a proud husband and father of twins who enjoys supporting his family, training for lifelong strength and mobility, and spending time doing wildlife photography.

❄️ Texas winters can flip fast—and every now and then we get a true cold snap that reminds us we’re not as “winter-proof” as we think.

When it turns cold, your body responds by tightening blood vessels and sending less blood flow to more superficial muscles, which can mean stiffer joints, more aches (especially with arthritis), and a higher risk of strains if you jump in too quickly.

A few simple habits can help you keep moving comfortably:
✅ Warm up 5–10 minutes before you pick up the pace
✅ Layer smart so you can adjust as temps swing
✅ Hydrate even if you don’t feel thirsty
✅ Cool down to reduce post-activity stiffness
