This month, we’re celebrating the incredible physical therapists and physical therapy assistants on our team who make movement possible every day. Thank you 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗶!

* Choose a backpack with wide, padded straps.
* Adjust it so the bottom sits at your waist, not below.
* Pack heavier items closest to your back.
* Keep the load light—aim for less than 10–15% of your body weight.
* Use both straps to balance the weight evenly.
