You’ve probably heard of the sciatic nerve… but have you ever heard of the cluneal nerves? 🤔

These small nerves located near the back of your pelvis can become irritated, causing low back pain that mimics other conditions, which is why cluneal nerve pain often gets overlooked.

This is why a thorough exam matters. Not all low back pain comes from the same source, and finding the true cause leads to the most effective treatment. ✔️

Accurate diagnosis means better results, and better results mean getting back to moving and feeling your best. 🙌

If your low back pain has been persistent, we’re here to help identify the cause.

Pain keeping you up at night? 😫🌙

A new study found that people with chronic pain are 85% more likely to have sleep disorders than those with shorter-term pain. And when pain worsens during the day, doesn’t ease with movement, appears at rest, or wakes you from sleep, the risk increases even further.

Pain isn’t just a daytime problem; it can disrupt your nights, too. Poor sleep can exacerbate pain even further.

If you’re stuck in this cycle, we can help you address both pain and sleep together. Check out this infographic for simple sleep tips to get started. https://bit.ly/3zTXvVS

Pain on the outside of your knee? 🦵

You may be dealing with iliotibial (IT) band syndrome. This issue causes sharp or achy pain on the outer aspect of the knee, particularly in runners and other active individuals.

The good news is that it’s very treatable. Most runners return to training quickly with a combination of myofascial release and hip-strengthening exercises to help the leg better handle load. 🙌

Don’t let knee pain slow your momentum. Visit our clinic and let us help you get back on track. Your IT band may be irritated, but your goals don’t have to be. 💪

Did you know jaw issues and ringing in the ear (tinnitus) often go hand-in-hand? 😣👂

A new review found that more than half of people with jaw pain also experienced tinnitus, and nearly everyone with tinnitus showed signs of jaw pain. The connection is stronger than most people realize.

If you’ve been dealing with ear ringing or jaw discomfort, they may be related. Getting both checked can help you find the right treatment path.

Schedule an appointment and let us help you sort out what’s going on. Relief is possible. 💙

Did you know that your lower back could be the cause of your knee pain? 🦵

Recent research suggests that adjusting the lower back can enhance quadriceps strength in individuals with “patellofemoral” pain, a common knee condition characterized by pain located at the front of the knee. Stronger quads mean more support and happier knees! 🙌

The body is more connected than it seems. If your knee has been bothering you, we can help with personalized care, targeted exercises, and gentle adjustments to get you moving comfortably again. 💪✨

Do you struggle with vertigo or dizziness? 😵‍💫

A new study found that testing for BPPV, the most common cause of positional vertigo, is more likely to be positive in the morning than later in the day.

It explains why symptoms sometimes disappear just as you arrive at your appointment.

For the most accurate “dizziness diagnosis”, a morning visit may provide the best opportunity to pinpoint the cause. And if you’ve been feeling off-balance, we’re here to help you get steady again.

Staying steady on your feet matters especially as we age! 👣🧓

Balance, confidence, and strength naturally change over time, and those shifts can increase the risk of future falls. Research shows that adults dealing with ongoing pain or stiffness are more likely to experience balance issues and feel limited in daily activities.

The good news? Small, consistent habits can make a big difference. 💪✨

If your New Year's resolution is to get healthier, start with better sleep. 🛌✨

A study of 2,400 U.S. adults found that sleeping less than 7 hours per night nearly doubles the risk of being overweight or obese. Even excessive sleep (over 9 hours) can increase the risk, so maintaining a balance is key. ⚖️

Before overhauling your diet or workouts, remember:
🕓 Sleep 7–9 hours
🍎 Eat well
🏃‍♀️ Move often
💆‍♂️ Recover fully

Your 2026 resolutions start with rest! Check out this infographic for more information on healthy sleep habits. https://bit.ly/3zTXvVS

Winter is here, which means snow shoveling season has arrived for those living in or visiting Northern regions! ❄️

Shoveling can be tough on your muscles and joints, especially if you rush or lift improperly.

Protect yourself with these tips:
✅ Warm up your muscles before shoveling
✅ Use an ergonomic, lightweight shovel
✅ Lift with your legs, not your back

Small changes can make a big difference. Check out our infographic for more tips on how to shovel safely this season! 🙌 https://bit.ly/40VVzfJ
