Update:

We have changed our opening hours for the rest of January 2026 and into February it will start this week. We will be open
Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm and Fridays will be closed.
This is temporary until Dr. Fletcher is released to come back to work.

Mon-Wed. We are seeing patients (8am-4pm)
Thursday's fill prescriptions, phone calls or do paperwork, etc. (8am-4pm).

Dr. Fletcher is recovering and getting better. He has a follow up appointment in February and we are praying that he gets released back to work. An update will be posted once we get the information.

UPDATE:

Hello my good people. As many of you know, Dr. Fletcher is home and recuperating from his procedure's done in December.
We are praying that he gets to come back to work sometime in February. Our Nurse Practitioner Nga will be back in the office to see patients on Thursday, Jan. 8 and Jan. 9th, 8:00am--4:30pm.
The following weeks Jan. 12-14
Jan. 19-21
Jan. 26-28
The schedule for the office hours are 8:00am-4:30pm
Thursdays and Friday the staff will be in the office 8:00-12 to take phone calls or for patients to pick up prescriptions, forms, etc. There is no provider for these days.

We are doing as much as possible to get through this, please be patient with the staff.

We will re-evaluate the situation once Dr. Fletcher has his follow up in February and will post what the office hours will be.

Again, thanks so much for the prayers, calls, text or just asking for Dr. Fletcher he appreciates it all!!!

UPDATE:

Hello everyone, Dr. Fletcher had the procedure done with no problems. He is to rest for couple of days and the specialist will recheck him again to see how he is healing and if any other procedures/surgeries are needed.
The prayers are wonderful and appreciated. Dr. Fletcher is ready to get back to his little people, but we have to get him well.

Again, we are only open in the mornings for administrative tasks.
The answering service is available but if an emergency dial 911.

UPDATE:

Thank you so much for the prayers! Dr. Fletcher and family are appreciative.

Dr. Fletcher continues under medical care and medicated, he will be having surgery as soon as the specialist has it set up.
We want to remind you that if you need any forms, prescriptions, records etc. please call the office and we can help you, Dr. Fletcher is trying to stay calm and rest.
He is worried for all his little people and misses them.

At this time, Dec. 16-23rd we are in the office 8am-1:00pm,

Office will be closed Dec. 24-26th.

Dec. 29th 8:00am-1:00pm

We are having to do adjustments to the schedule as we get the updates on Dr. Fletcher.

Again we apologize for the inconvenience, but Dr. Fletcher is trying hard to get back Soon.

Parents,

Please continue your prayers for Dr. Fletcher, he is still sick. At this time, we will be open in the mornings to continue with administrative tasks.
For our sick little people please take them to Urgent care's or where ever your insurance is accepted. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are finally settling into our new office at:
7201 SW 34th Ave, Amarillo, TX. It's feeling a bit normal.

If you had an appointment during the time we were closed, due to the flood, please call us to reschedule.

Patients/parents, IMS is reprocessing all claims from 9/8/2025 to current. We know IMS is telling you that we are out of network, but that is incorrect. The contract has been updated with the address change and that takes time to update in the system. Sorry about the confusion.
The nightmare doesn't want to stop. LOL Anyway we are working on getting all these glitches worked out.

Flu shots are in, call the office to get you scheduled.

We have moved to our permanent location. 7201 SW 34th Ave, Ste 4. It is inside the building with Amarillo Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontist.

We are open regular hours. There are a few glitches that we are still working on but we are open.
