What a summer it has been! I am feeling called to hold space for relaxation and bliss on Saturday 26the of July from 7-8:30p at Light Dancing Leaves Y❤️GA studio. We will be doing very gentle stretches, breathwork, a guided meditation and sound bath to reset our nervous system and connect with our inner bliss and peace. $25. "Hi, my name is Creighton, but most people call me Cray. I am a certified group fitness instructor and have been teaching group fitness for close to 16 years. I’ve taught everything from CrossFit to Barre/Sculpt to Spin, but Dance Fitness and Sculpt hold a very special place in my heart. My goal in every workout is to make women feel strong, empowered and happy. I love a fun & sweaty workout! I am all about honoring where you are at in your body, your life, and your fitness routine as well as creating a positive workout experience. I am a certified Ayurvedic nutritionist and have healed my self from chronic illness. My goal is to bring women to connect back to their goddess selves at whatever stage they may be at in life. I will be teaching SHE Flow yoga where we will connect with feminine energy. So many times I hear “I can’t do yoga” but SHE flow is slow, intentional movements and can be done during ANY part of your cycle or any phase of life you may be in.
