One of the key focus areas in this case was the lower arch, where premolar tooth #29 was significantly misaligned. Through precise orthodontic mechanics, controlled tooth movement, and ideal arch coordination, we were able to bring this tooth into proper alignment — achieving a more balanced, functional, and esthetic bite.
