For so long I’ve wanted to create a ladies poker night at the restaurant! We would buy in with whatever we could afford and play tournament style. At the end the winner of the pot gets to decide how we collectively spend the money! It could be literally anything from an art experience to donating the money or just whatever the person feels compelled to do.

I think this would be a great way for women to come together, spend time and just create community without any “I’m different than them” pressures.

I have tons of women I’ve mentioned this to who have said they would love this!

December 26th is what I’m hoping, but i know that’s soon!

We were built on the wave of the shut down during the pandemic. Many of our clients were business owners (self employed) providing personal services. They could no longer make money to provide for themselves or their families so I posted I would honor their typical purchase with free food until they could provide for themselves again.

We were hit with waves of support (I never even considered asking people to donate and it just came in flourishing) so I matched all donations with a 1:1 donation to our hospitals staff, the Sam’s staff and many other organizations/businesses.

A new era of need is upon us.

We are happy to provide to families affected by the loss of SNAP benefits. Our neighbors, our customers and our friends, please feel comfortable reaching out and I’ll make sure I do everything in my power to provide.
