*Long-Term Care Administrator’s Week!*
Tia is entering her tenth year as a nursing home administrator. She became an administrator at just 25 years old, and a decade later she says she wouldn’t change a thing. Tia has proudly served at Landmark for nearly five years. She is a lifelong Canyon graduate, from preschool through college, proudly cheering on her Buffs.
Outside of work, Tia enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She loves staying active and can often be found riding bikes, hiking, playing sports, or enjoying time outdoors. Of course, she also appreciates the occasional lazy day on the couch watching movies. At home, she shares life with a three-legged rescue cat and a Maltese.
Tia is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of her residents, their families, and her staff. She strives to bring joy, energy, and a sense of fun to long-term care each day. If you don’t find her in her office, you might see her around the facility painting, w**d eating, pulling w**ds, driving the van, shoveling snow, changing light bulbs or ceiling tiles, cleaning, or tackling one of the many other tasks that come with caring for a community.
Above all, Tia truly loves her residents and considers Landmark her home! Please help us in wishing Tia a happy LTC Admin’s week!
