My name is Kristin Wylie and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology as well as my Masters of Art in Psychology from West Texas A&M University. I take a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy, which is an empirically validated form of treatment that has been shown through scientific research to help with a variety of issues. I have always had a passion for helping others. Through my education in psychology, and the empathetic understanding that comes natural to me, I hope to help others make positive changes in their lives throughout the therapeutic process.

If you’ve noticed these signs, you’re not alone—and support is available.”

In a world dominated by pharmaceuticals, integrative health offers a refreshing alternative. Rather than just treating symptoms, integrative approaches aim to heal the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

It emphasizes nutrition, lifestyle changes, stress management, and natural remedies to support the body’s natural healing processes. While pharmaceuticals have their place, especially in acute care, they often come with side effects and long-term dependency. Integrative health empowers individuals to take control of their wellness, focusing on prevention and sustainable healing, rather than just temporary fixes. Balance is key—there’s room for both approaches, but real health often begins with natural, foundational care.
