Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not have Emergency Department services at the Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center on Thursday, Nov. 27, and Friday, Nov. 28, from 7 am to 7pm. If you have an emergency, please call 911 or report to your nearest Emergency Room. Our ED will resume 24/7 service on Saturday, Nov. 29.

The Lubbock VA Clinic's Whole Health Department is hosting a free mobile food pantry on Monday, December 1 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for all Veterans! This effort is in partnership with the South Plains Food Bank to assist nourish our hometown heroes.

As an official ambassador for International Fraud Awareness Week, VA requests that all Veteran advocates join the fraud fighters’ effort to protect Veterans. Prevent fraud with the tips below:
• Screen emails carefully, and only open emails from senders you know and trust. Be wary of emails or texts demanding personal details or directing you to external websites that are not part of va.gov.
• Use trusted payment methods: Requests for payments via wire transfers, bitcoin, prepaid debit cards, money transfers, or gift cards are signs of a scam. VA does not use these payment methods.
