You're in control of the energy you put out on the mat, and we strongly encourage you to take moments to rest, choose another pose, or find what feels good to you.
We don’t lead work out classes, we lead classes centered around wellbeing through yoga! There's never pressure to perform and no expectation to keep up. Power Vinyasa classes can be adapted for all levels of experience!
